THE BOSSREY LANGIT "THE VOICE OF TRANSPARENCY" The man with a vision. Popularize the term “People Power” through his DZRH radio program from the 1970s to February EDSA revolution in 1986.
Because of his achievements and dedication to his job, he is the first broadcast journalist to have received three Hall of Fame awards from three of the most prestigious and respected award giving bodies.
Because of his exceptional talent, he is the first Filipino broadcast journalist to have interviewed five different heads of state from different nations including U.S. President Barack Obama.
He has been instrumental in a number of hostage-taking incidents including the three-day siege of Makati. His reportage of the events as well as his intervention during this historical event led to the rescue of many innocent lives.
In the spirit of public service, he is the broadcaster who first thought of bridging the gap between the growing number of overseas contract workers and their families in the Philippines through the Catholica Mass Media Hall of Fame Awardee “To Saudi With Love” radio program which stayed for over 20 years on the air.
He is the father who faced the death of his beloved son, broadcaster Reyster, who succumbed to fight against malaria.
He is the man with a mission and renewed passion and courage for public service-for continuing the work that his son started.
He is the voice of fair and honest reportage, a voice of a man who has a heart for public service. He is THE VOICE of THE PEOPLE.
REYSTER LANGIT Apart from being the eldest son of Rey Langit, Reyster Langit has distinguished himself as a reporter, writer, segment producer and TV host. He is the brain behind the Kasangga Mo Ang Langit and Biyaheng Langit TV shows. He also produced and directed numerous AVPs and TV programs. Reyster or “Star” as he was fondly called by his friend, is the founder of HIP TV INC. In May 2005, Reyster and crew went on a mission. A mission he was not aware would be his last. He travelled to a far flung village in Singnapan Rizal Palawan to uncover the mystey about the numerous deaths of a little known indigenous tRibe called “ Taut Bato” Village This report was done at the cost of Reyster's life and two other members of the crew as he and the two others were stricken with the deadliest form of the disease CEREBRAL MALARIA JR LANGIT JR Langit comes from a family of broadcasters. He follows in the footsteps of his late older brother, Reyster, in joining his Dad, veteran broadcaster Rey Langit, in bringing public service to our less fortunate fellow Filipinos. He is the COO of HIP TV, Inc. which is the media production arm that produces the longtime award winning programs Kasangga Mo Ang Langit and Biyaheng Langit.
THE PRODUCTION TEAMThe production team is a young and dynamic group. Its main involvement in the past ten years includes TV and Radio shows, corporate and organized videos, live staging and multi media presentations. The teams is well-versed in pre, actual and post production of the above formats, and creative structuring of such. MYRNA BAUTISTA ADEA - SUPERVISING PRODUCER Currently the Supervising Producer of HIP TV INC, Myrna has been a longtime member of the Kasangga Mo Ang Langit family and member of the original batch of the ’kasangga angels’. For the past ten years, she has been helping in bringing public service to our “kababayans” both here and abroad. She also acts as Special Project Head Coordinator for all events of the company and its clients. A Communication Arts graduate of Miriam College in Quezon City, Myrna graduated as a College Scholar in her alma mater. She also took up Professional Education at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Recently, she got interested in Information Technology and took up Certificate in Web Development. She developed and conceptualized the company website. MA. HILDA YANEZA - VP/GENERAL MANAGER As a media practitioner, Hilda has been with HIP since it began as Heavenly Images Productions. A longtime friend and colleague, she eagerly supported Reyster’s business venture and started as the in-house production manager for the various projects of the company. Aside from production management work, she has also written for and co-produced other projects under HIP.
MARY JOEY CAPIT - PRODUCTION MANAGER As head of the Kasangga Mo Ang Langit TV program, Joey works closely with the creative and technical team of the production. She also acts as a writer or reporter for other shows. She is a Communication Arts graduate of University of East-Recto. CHARRY REYES - PRODUCTION MANAGER A Broadcast Communication graduate from Far Eastern University, Charry has been in HIP TV for the last 9 years. She head the TV Program Biyaheng Langit and responsible for all concerns regarding the OFWs and their families in the Philippines. Charry, was also given an opportunity to host a segment entitled “ Balitang Taartits” aired over Teledyaryo News of NBN 4 MARIUS VALERIO & SAM CREENCIA - EDITORS Marius is one of the original heavenly images staff. He is the senior editor of HIP TV INC. He has been working with the company since its incorporation in 1998.
